At Lamora Home, we aim to provide a clear and fair return and refund process for customers in Australia. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Lamora Home is operated by ProshipeCommerce, a business registered in the Netherlands, and provides products and customer support to customers in Australia.

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible change-of-mind returns.

This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

  • the item must be in the same condition as received;
  • the item must be in its original packaging where reasonably possible;
  • proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation, is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for a change-of-mind return.

Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • clear photos of the packaging, where relevant.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, the 30-day change-of-mind return period does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping Costs

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we state otherwise.

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-compliant items, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for change of mind, including:

  • custom or personalised items;
  • perishable goods, if applicable;
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;
  • gift cards;
  • items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns.

To receive a different item, please return your original item if eligible and place a new order once your return has been processed.

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-compliant items, we may offer a replacement or other suitable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

  • your refund will be processed to your original payment method;
  • refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval;
  • your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available.

Original Shipping Costs

For orders with free standard shipping, no standard shipping fee is charged at checkout.

If a paid shipping option is offered and selected, original shipping fees may not be refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

For faulty, damaged, incorrect, or non-compliant products, any refund or remedy will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lamorahome.com.

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process described in this policy.
