Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the delivery address provided by you, or to a person authorised by you to receive them, except where the law provides otherwise.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. Any change-of-mind return policy we offer is provided in addition to your legal rights and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

However, your purchase of products from Lamora Home is a transaction between you and Lamora Home.
