Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before 17:00 Sydney time, AEST/AEDT, may be processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to customers within Australia.

All orders are shipped using standard delivery services. From the moment your order is processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 6–8 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process described in our Return & Refund Policy.
